Leave It to Beaver Meets AI: Working in an Intergenerational Workforce

Organizations typically are communities that include people from different generations. Some spent their youth watching black and white TV, while others learned to use digital tools at the age of two. These differences can be a frustrating challenge or a strategic opportunity depending entirely on colleagues leverage their unique skills and qualities. To create a community capable of bridging the generation gap, we must learn to respect and appreciate each generation, and then to improve engagement and collaboration.

In this program, we will discover how to understand and respect the differences that exist within the four generations that are represented in our workplace. We will also explore the practical application of this understanding. The goal is to discover exactly how to motivate and engage each other, and how to leverage our differences to achieve the results we are looking for.
