Thanks for the Coaching! Building Coaching and Feedback Skills

One of the most important factors contributing to employee engagement, well-being, and retention, is creating an environment where employees have opportunities to learn, grow professionally, and develop skills that lead to advancement and career growth. Thanks for the Coaching!  blends content exploration, with interactive experiential exercises, small group dialogue and individual leadership action planning to engage participants in an exploration of their role as performance coaches and feedback providers. Participants will mostly learn by doing, as each coaching script or feedback structure will include the opportunity to practice and receive peer feedback.

By the end of this program, participants will develop a customized set of coaching strategies that they can employ to create a culture of coaching and engagement wherever they work.
