Thanks for the Coaching! blends content exploration, with interactive experiential exercises, small group dialogue and individual leadership action planning to engage participants in an exploration of their role as performance coaches and feedback providers. Participants will mostly learn by doing, as each coaching script or feedback structure will include the opportunity to practice and receive peer feedback.
By the end of this program, participants will develop a customized set of coaching strategies that they can employ to create a culture of coaching and engagement wherever they work.
