Coaching and Mentoring Your Workforce

One of the most important factors contributing to employee engagement, well-being, and retention, is creating an environment where employees have opportunities to learn, grow professionally, and develop skills that lead to advancement and career growth. This session is designed to teach managers how to coach and mentor employees on talent development, career planning, networking and extending their value and influence in the workplace. The workshop will include participants sharing key insights and ideas with one another, as a way to collectively encourage and support the development of a coaching and mentoring culture.
