This class explores the symptoms and root causes of stress in our lives, and introduces personal strategies for reducing stress and restoring energy.  You will learn how to replenish your energy reserves even in the middle of a hectic and pressured schedule. You will develop your own “Tool Box” for combating burnout, reducing stress and accessing the rejuvenating, recovery centers of you parasympathetic nervous system.
